This came to us from Marine Electronics company that was liquidating excess inventory.  This new in box, 2/3kw In-Hull Transducer is a behemoth. It has 2kw output on the high frequency side (130-210khz), and 3kw output on the low side (33-60khz). This would be an excellent transducer to pair with a DFF3 as the FFS (Furuno Free Synthesis) allows you to select any frequency between 28 and 200 for low and high so you can dial in the right frequency for whatever type of fishing you are doing.

While this variable frequency is similar to CHIRP, THIS DOES NOT MAKE THIS A CHIRP TRANSDUCER NOR DOES IT MAKE IT COMPATIBLE WITH CHIRP SOUNDERS.

If you choose to disregard this advice, you may damage the CHIRP sounder and or transducer.

Airmar recommends that this only be mounted in solid fiberglass hulls, or, pitch the yellow tank and pocket mount.
