This listing is for a Furuno HRP 17-12L 12V hydraulic autopilot pump in great condition.

We refurbished this unit by;

Disassemble the pump head and clean out debris and old, built-up fluid.

We also replaced the check valves and their O-rings.

The motor was also disassembled, and the commutator was polished. The brushes were also inspected.

Testing: This unit was bench-tested in-house on a live hydraulic setup to determine amp draw and fluid flow.

During testing, this pump’s Amp draw was a little high due to air being in the system (we do not bleed pumps in-house).
