This board was from a marine electronics company that went out of business. There appears to be thermal damage in the vicinity of J4, see photos. There is a note to someone asking for the board to be tested. For someone who repairs these boards, this probably has a lot of good parts. Sold absolutely as is, as shown, no returns.
