This is a new blem CH-270 flange kit. These flanges rust if you look at them - this one was stored in a humid warehouse environment so it does have some rust on the underside, but it has never been installed.

This flange is a one-off - probably built for a builder and slightly different likely due to clearance issues - two of the 8 flange bolts are actually studs, attachement shouldn't be any different, just make sure you can access the underside of the flange to attach these two. Also, the trunnion pin is actually two studs - these have the same OD as the trunnion pin and will lock the hull unit in place just fine.

Includes the bronze clamp at the top, hardware, flange itself, flange gasket. Doesn't include greased cotton packing.
