These units are new out of box/unused surplus. We recently acquired a large lot of equipment from a boat project that was stopped halfway through; the items were ordered and prepared to be installed, but before they were installed on the yacht the project was cancelled. These units are in great condition but they may have some minor cosmetic blemishes from storage. Do not that these have not been tested.
