This device is designed to be used as part of a Crestron home automation system. Programming of a Crestron system requires specialized software that is only available to authorized installers.
This unit was only power-on tested. We expect it to be fully functional. The customer has 30-Days to test the unit and return if it’s found to have any issues. The unit still carries our 90-day warranty.
