It has been fully tested here at MME with a communication systems monitor. It proved to have good power output and receiver sensitivity.

This unit DOES NOT have the MMSI set (Needs to be set in order to receive GPS position from NMEA 0183)
The rubber knobs on this unit are starting to degrade and becoming slightly tacky. This is due to the syntenic rubber that the manufacture used. These types of issues have been seen across many manufactures. This has no effect on the functionality of the unit and this unit is new and has not been used
We did not have a control speaker microphone to test the “CTRL” jack on back of radio
