This tube comes as shown and has a grommet/washer system to accomodate a 3/8" OD cable. It will not work with any cable larger than 3/8", and we would not recommend going too much smaller as the grommet has limited compression.
Comes as shown, the tube itself appears to be new/never installed but the compression nut is used. The tube does have some "shelf wear".
