This listing is for an AUTOHELM/RAYTHEON Z135 12v Wind Masthead Transducer that is in great working condition. We have installed a Brand New wind vane and cups onto this unit. After the work was performed to the unit, we connected it to our test bench to confirm working functionality and accuracy of both wind speed and wind direction.
This unit was originally designed for the ST50 line of instruments but can also work with ST60/ST60+ wind instruments. It is also compatible with both the older heavy duty aluminum base as well as the newer style plastic Raymarine Base.
The exterior of this unit is in great overall condition. As mentioned previously, the wind vane and cups are brand new, never exposed to the outside elements. Bearings for both sides operate smoothly. The base of the Masthead unit has the locking collar intact with no cracks. The male end of this unit has zero corrosion on any of the pins. See photos.
