Additional Notes: This is a generic, new out of box mount. We acquired this plus several other similar items from a GPS/ SAT COMM business that was closing its doors.
It is removeable from the base by loosing the bottom set screw. The top articulates over 180* front to back and spins 360* by loosening the nut.
