Product Details:

This transducer is a thru-hull 200khz transducer with FISO connectors for connecting to the blade terminals of the units listed in “compatible parts.” Since it is an older transducer, you will connect the red transducer wire to the blue terminal, all other connections are the same. This will perform best on deadrises of 0-8 degrees in the mounting location.

The P17 came in both a "removable insert" type and a permanent mount type. With permanent mount P17's, the housing was simply potted and the wire comes out of the top. This is the permanent mount type - no removable insert or blanking plug, just hole saw a 2" hole, bed it with sealant, tighten the plastic wing nut, and call it a day. This is dimensionally equivalent to the P19 and P319 - requires a 2" hole.
