Additional Notes: These R599c-LH transducers are new in the original Airmar box. They were pre-emtively backordered by a boatbuilder during the supply chain bottlenecks of 2022 but was not delivered in time for boats it was intended for and is being sold as new excess stock. Manufacture dates range from late 2022 to early 2023, so warranty is still good from late 2024 to early 2025 (2 years from manufacture date). However, we would implore you to have your installation certified by an Airmar Certified Installer (ACI) to take advantage of a full 3 year warranty. If you have an ACI do both a “pre install” and “post install” test, you will be able to take advantage of a full 3 year warranty from the date of the post install test. A list of ACI’s is available from Airmar.

This is a loose wire transducer and will work with a variety of units:

For Garmin – Works with the GSD26 & GSD28 – just wire to the terminals

For Raymarine CP570 – Use Airmar’s 33-969-01 adapter box

For Furuno – Works with the DFF3 – just wire to the terminals, also can be used with the DI-FFAMP for TZT3 units and the DFF3-UHD – same thing, wire to the terminals

For Simrad – Works with BSM2&3 – wire directly to the terminals, you may need to remove the 7 pin plugs on the BSM-3 if equip to wire directly. For the S5100, use the Simrad 000-13262-001 adapter box.
