We recently went through our stock of used transducers with our TDT1000 transducer tester. This is the most advanced transducer tester available and it gives a definitive yes or no as to whether the transducer is functional. Any that were not within range were disposed of.
TRANSDUCER IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL
This is a B164-20 with the Garmin connector cut-off. Total cable length is around 25 feet. This is for installation on deadrises of 16 to 24 degrees only because it is what is known as a “tilted element” transducer. You can use this on 8-pin blue or 6-pin Garmin units:
- For 8 pin blue connections, purchase the 010-11613-00 8-way wire block
- For 6 pin legacy Garmin connections, purchase the 010-11613-00 wire block AND the 010-11612-00 adapter cable.
