This B256 is actually new/never installed. This is a very early B256, it does not have a water temperature sensor, depth only!

The B256 is a unique size and it is discontinued, so we feel this unit is much better for a boater with a failed B256 unit who can pop this into their existing fairing block or pocket and splice into their existing cable. This has a blue (depth +), black (depth -), and shield (depth shield) in the harness. If you are replacing a unit with more wire colors, when splicing, you would simply only connect blue, black, and bare and leave the others disconnected – this would give you depth only, no water temp.
