Additional Notes: This DT800 smart sensor will output both Depth and Sea Temperature through NMEA0183 to any device from any brand capable of receiving NMEA0183 information. The red and black are power wires, which are to be fed 12vdc, and the blue and white wires are data, which connect to your compatible device. The sensor has been fully tested, test report attached. We are including a plastic housing and blanking plug. There is about 6-1/2′ of cable attached, which can be easily spliced and extended to suit your installation. The transducer operates at the 170khz frequency, which is beneficial as it will not interfere with 50 or 200 khz devices.
