These are new old stock and came from a marine electronics shop downsizing excess inventory. We frankly don’t know if they’re for fire-stop purposes, EMI protection on steel hulls, or something else, perhaps if you land on this page, you’ll know what they’re used for and can educate us.

They are machined aircraft aluminum and have one insert on each side with an ID of 5/8″. They tighten to the mounting surface with the three attached screws. Please note that they do not tighten/constrict around the cable being run through them, the 5/8″ is a fixed size.
