Used Accu-Steer Hummingbird Pumpset HHRP 11-12

Description:
This listing is for a used Accu-Steer Hummingbird pumpset, model HHRP 11-12. This hydraulic pump unit is designed for marine autopilot and steering applications, providing hydraulic control in compatible systems. The unit has been removed from service and is offered in used condition.

Condition:
Used. Unit shows normal cosmetic wear from previous use. The mounting feet have been repainted due to oxidation. Sold as shown in photos. No additional accessories, fittings, or cabling included.

Rebuild & Service Details:
This pump has been rebuilt in-house. The unit was cleaned to remove debris and old fluid, and the O-rings were replaced. The motor was disassembled, the commutator was polished, and the brushes were inspected and replaced as needed.

Testing:
This unit was bench-tested on our hydraulic helm system to verify amperage draw and fluid flow. All results are within the manufacturer’s specifications.

No-load test: 3.59A at 14.07V

300 PSI load test: 8.78A at 14.01V

500 PSI load test: 10.21A at 13.98V
