We recently went through our inventory of this “family” of displays and were able to put together a couple of nice ones. As you probably know, these displays are very difficult to find. This display was updated with the latest software, tested with GPS antenna, chart card, and transducer, and found to be fully functional – GPS antenna, chart card, and transducer are not included.

This is a Navman 8120, identical in form and function to a Northstar M121, and almost the same as the Simrad NX45 with the exception of the front bezel design.

We did notice a hairline split in the plastic face of the unit on the lower left corner of the screen – we used an adhesive sealer to ensure that this area does not allow water into the unit. There is some light separation of the optical bond which looks like a bubble around the outer edge of the screen. This has no effect on functionality or longevity but is mentioned in the spirit of full disclosure – most, if not all of these units experience this cosmetic issue.

Includes the display with bezel and suncover – suncover is worse for the wear but is functionally okay.
