It is new in the box and factory sealed.
The package includes: The RC400 chartplotter, mounting bracket with power/data cable, cigarette lighter adapter power cord, 4 batteries, carrying case and handbook.
Please Note: Due to age of the item the batteries may or may not be any good. For your information this unit uses 4 AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries or alkaline batteries for handheld operation.
