Product Details:

This listing is for a used Garmin TR-1 2.1L hydraulic autopilot pump in good condition.

We have cleaned this pump's parts and head with an ultrasonic cleaner, polished the commutator, and checked the bearings and O-rings.
Then we hooked up this pump to our in-house hydraulic helm for testing.

Testing results.
This pump moves 2 LPM of fluid.
Hardover to port-8.80A-14.02V
Hardover to starboard-8.54A-14.03V
All well within manufacturer's specs.

Please note: We have repaired the orange and black cable on the motor (SEE PHOTOS).
Also, the encoder has a slight crack in the back of it (SEE PHOTOS).
We have also changed the connector on the encoder cable to a stronger 3D-printed one (SEE PHOTOS).

This pump will need to be bled.
