These units are new out of box/uninstalled surplus. We recently acquired a large lot of Pariani equipment from a project that was stopped halfway through; the items were ordered and prepared to be installed, but before they were installed on the yacht the project was cancelled. The unit includes the main populated control board and matching membrane keypad/contact assembly. These boards have not been used and we have no reason to believe they are dysfunctional but they have not been tested.
