Additional Notes: This is a two piece mounting system that will reliably secure your Starlink Mini antenna under your gunwale or to a flat deck.
This product was engineered and manufactured here at Max Marine when the owner, a boater, wanted to mount his antenna under the gunwale on his boat and realized that a system to do so did not exist. We CAD modeled, prototyped, and produced a design that we feel will be a clean, simple, and straight forward – no velcro, duct tape, or bungee cords. We have used quality, reliable materials that we already use on other small scale production projects.
There has been numerous accounts of Starlink mini customers that have been using their systems with the antenna mounted under a fiberglass gunwale (gunnel) or deck, as long as there is not a metal lattice or carbon fiber structure above the antenna. We recommend activating and testing your system for speed and performance in the desired mounting location prior to purchase.
