Additional Notes: This Raymarine a78 MFD in excellent working condition. The unit functions perfectly, with all features operating as intended. Cosmetically, there are some blemishes and scratches on the silver bezel from normal use. The display also shows minor delamination that is unnoticeable once the unit is powered on (please refer to photos for details).
This a78 MFD features 600′ CHIRP (conical) / DownVision fishfinder sonar circuitry built-in allowing you to connect a compatible transducer directly to the display.
We have tested all functions of this unit, including Internal GPS, SeaTalkNG port, RayNet port, and card reader slot (chart card NOT included). All ports are intact and have no corrosion.
We run these units for several hours to make sure that the touchscreen isn’t going to stop working as these so commonly do. The touchscreen has been calibrated and is responsive and accurate.
The operating system of this display has also been updated to the latest software version, v19.03 LightHouse II in order to run at peak performance.
