Additional Notes: This transducer is new old stock. It is a plastic low profile thru-hull transducer designed to be mounted on relatively flat bottom (under 8 degrees of deadrise). Because it is plastic, it can mount on Aluminum, Steel, or Fiberglass hulls which offers versatility. It is for Northstar and Navman legacy units that use the 6-pin blue collar transducers, and for Simrad NX40 and NX45 units. It will not work on Garmin, it will not work on newer Simrad with 7-pin Blue or 9-Pin Black.
The transducer itself is new but has been in bin storage so it is a bit dusty and has a few scuffs, however, it has not been installed and is in no worse shape than a “shiny new one” wouldl be a few weeks after being installed on a boat.
