Used Garmin / Nautimatic TR-1 Verado Hydraulic Autopilot Pump – 1.2L

This listing is for a used Garmin / Nautimatic TR-1 Verado 1.2L hydraulic autopilot pump, ideal as a replacement pump for TR-1 Gladiator and TR-1 Verado systems. The unit has been fully inspected, serviced, and confirmed to be in proper working condition.

Rebuild & Service Details:
This pump has been rebuilt in-house. As part of the service process:

All internal passages were cleaned to remove old fluid and any residual debris

All O-rings were replaced

The electric motor was disassembled, and the commutator was polished

Brushes were inspected and replaced as needed

After reassembly, the unit was bench-tested on our hydraulic helm, where it was evaluated for both amperage draw and fluid flow. All results are within the manufacturer’s specifications.
