This ICOM fist mic is officially compatible with their IC-M506, IC-M423, and IC-M424 models of marine VHF radio, however, in a pinch, it can also substitute for the HM-126 fist mic, and is compatible with the M504 and M604 models, with the only change being that the 16/9 channel selector knob will not work.
These units were fully tested and are in great cosmetic condition with no signs of wear or degradation to the cable.
