This unit is in good condition. Comes as shown with power supply and attached cables, which we believe may be for Icom radios (DB9 connector and 8 pin connector. We are unaware of the firmware version, all we know is the unit was reported working when removed and we back it up with a 30 day return period/90 day warranty.
