Additional Notes: This system is in great working condition and was fully tested on our bench. This system is great for finding birds.
PLEASE NOTE: This system shows signs of previous wear and usage; Two mounting holes on the radar pedestal have been drilled to a larger size, larger bolts or washers may be needed, and minor cosmetic blemishes are present in the system. Each unit in the system and the full system itself were tested completely and everything functions great.
This Furuno 1964CBB/NT Navnet Vx2 radar system is in great used condition. This is one of the best radar systems available to find birds. It is a 25kw, 96-mile, 6-foot open array radar system. Not including the monitor or radar array, this system sold for over $7,000 new. The unit uses C-Map NT MAX SD Cards; none are included but we might have some available for purchase. We have upgraded it to the latest C-Map software version for optimal performance. The radar picks up targets very well, both near and far.
This is a C-MAP unit intended to work with C-MAP NT Max SD Cards. WILL NOT WORK FOR NAVIONICS CARTOGRAPHY. Please let us know if you would prefer to use Navionics and we can convert the system for you.
The VX2 black box shares the same user interface as the normal VX2 units but allows for a larger screen to be used and has a composite video-in port for a camera, etc.
If you desire to have a 4ft Antenna instead of a 6ft on this Radar; we can check if any are available and replace it for you at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Please contact us before purchasing this listing.
