Additional Notes: This Single-sideband system includes all the necessary components apart from an antenna and an optional tuner.
All components were tested here at MME. While we were not able to put a number on the upper limit of the transmission power, due to an insufficient power supply, we were able to transmit a strong signal that we could receive and demodulate with our instruments. The receiver sensitivity was also shown to be more than adequate.
All components are in great condition. The mic had its decaying cable replaced with one we produce in-house, giving it a new lease on life.
The MMSI has not yet been set so this system is ready for its new home!
