Additional Notes: We were able to put together a Dual Furuno TZTL12F 12″ chartplotter/radar system.
Both plotters are clean but they both have a yellow hue around the LCD which is easier to see once the units are powered off.
We paired these TZTL12Fs with a DRS6AX open array radar. This radar operates on 24 VDC so we have included a NEW Orion DC/DC converter.
PLEASE NOTE: This radar has the ability to unlock the ARPA function with the use of your TZTouch2 you just need to connect a heading sensor to the NMEA2000 backbone. Please refer to the MFD manual for further information on how to properly use ARPA. We might have some available for an additional fee.
If you desire to have a 6 ft Antenna instead of a 4 ft on this Radar; we can check if any are available and replace it for you at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Please contact us before purchasing this listing.
We did not include a GPS antenna with this system because both of these MFDs have an internal GPS antenna. Please let us know if you need an external GPS antenna.
Both of these MFDs have a built-in fishfinder which is a dual-frequency (50/200kHz), 600W/1kW power output sounder. NO TRANSDUCERS ARE INCLUDED.
If you want to add a 1 kW chirp transducer one can be added with the addition of a DFF1-UHD (not included). One can be added for an additional price.
