“This Wifi Remote Control Module will give you the flexibility of controlling your RCL-100LED and RCL-100D straight from your mobile phone.

To control and operate the Wi-Fi Module you will need:

• Suitable iOS or Android smartphone or tablet
• External GPS if you wish to display Position data on a Wi-Fi-only iPad or other mobile device with no internal GPS

The Wi-Fi module has an integral Power/Data cable with four wires. The function of each wire is shown on the product label. The Wi-Fi Module has an NMEA0183 input that allows an external GPS to provide position information for display in the ACR Searchlight App. This is particularly useful if the mobile device does not have an internal GPS, such as a Wi-Fi-only iPad. If no external GPS is connected, the App will automatically use the mobile device’s internal GPS and if this is not available, no position will be displayed in the ACR Searchlight App.”
