We do not remember where we picked this up, but it is a great piece if you need to mount a searchlight + Camera on your boat and the dimensions work.
The bottom two plates are 4.75" in diameter and have a square hole pattern of 2-13/16" on centers with a 1-11/16" hole in the center to run a wire harness.
The top plate is 5.25" in diameter with a square hole pattern of 2-3/4" on centers with a 1-1/2" hole offset from the center to run a wire harness. The distance between the lower plate and the bar that holds the upper plate is 8", so anything mounted on the lower plate needs to be under 8" high.
