This item is from an electronics store downsizing their inventory. This item is used. It was power tested at our Pompano Beach facility. When plugged in the sander would work on the low setting but when dialing the speed up it would turn off and on. It seems like it may be an issue with the speed dial. Also, there is some sort of gel stuck under the switches. For these reasons we are listing it AS IS with NO RETURN policy.
