This is a used item and it does show signs of wear and tear.
Item looks fairly new and still has its plastic protective covering on it

There are some squares of velcro on the bottom from a previous installation
Tested for power on , but without the remote we are unable to test full functionality. Because of this we are selling this item as is with no returns accepted.
