We recently acquired a lot of parts from a marine distributor reducing excess inventory.

The compass spin freely as it should and points in the correct geographical direction.

Not sure how accurate the compass is but it in general it points in the correct location as I spin around.

There is a note on the box of the item. Not sure if the note has to do with this item but it says “bad contacts, still has # plate”.

Due to the uncertainty of the functionality of the compass this item is being sold AS-IS / No Returns / Parts only.
