These Standard Horizon HX407 Submersible UHF Handheld Radios came to us from a vessel that purchased them for their crew to use, that then decided to go a different route. They dont appear to have been used, but we are not sure so we are selling them as used rather than New Open Box. Everything looks as though it is in the original plastic baggies etc.
