We recently acquired a large lot of equipment from an electronics store downsizing their excess inventory. This item is used. We benched tested this tuner in-house and found it to be fully operational. The signal inside of our testing facility isn’t great but we were able to get the unit to display the “Linking” screen on the tuner. Comes with a power cable and RCA cable. All other cables are not included. The unit has some minor wear and oxidation. Please see photos for exact conditions before purchasing.
