This was leftover stock from a marine electronics shop downsizing obsolete inventory. It is new open box and comes complete as shown. We know very little about this system and are selling these very inexpensively as we know there are probably additional parts needed to make them work. Sold as is as described, no returns (shipping will be the better part of the buy-it-now price)
