**Raymarine RD218 2KW Analog Radar Dome E52065 f/ Pathfinder or C & E Classic Displays – Tested!**
This unit was removed from a boat that was being refitted with new electronics. This Raymarine RD218 is in overall great used condition.
The exterior of the unit is in great shape. The Raymarine decals are intact and have a few minor blemishes only on one letter. See photos. Other than that, the plastics have no cracks or major blemishes.
**PLEASE NOTE: This radome, referred to as NGS for “Next Generation Styling”, replaces the older Pathfinder M92650 or M92650-S 18″ radomes. This unit will work with all older Pathfinder radar displays such as SL70, RL70C & RL80C, as well as the C & E-Classic Series Displays.**
Our testing is rigorous so if anything comes up post-sale, we have the ability to deal with it – See diagnostics screens, and function screens for proof of functionality – every picture you see is of THIS unit, we don’t believe in stock pictures.
The Self Test Results show a “Fail” indication next to IF FATE TEST, IF ICT TEST, and Cable TEST these are false failure designations. The unit is working perfectly as it should. See photos. We have factored this into the price of the unit.
During testing, this radar picked up large storm clouds out of 3NM. At close range, this radar has good target dissociation. See test photos.
The display was used to test this radar only. It is not included in this listing! It was just used to show the functionality of the radar and cable.

We are including a radar cable 13m long and in good used condition. **Please Note: The radar cable provided with this unit will be de-pinned to allow easy installation. It will also come with a diagram showing the order in which the wires need to be installed into the R126 8-pin connector.**
This unit would be perfect for someone looking to upgrade over an older Raytheon R21XX, Pathfinder Radome, or in need of a direct replacement of an existing unit on your boat or sailing vessel.
This is FULLY compatible with the C & E series Classic displays(i.e. E120, C80) and RL/SL Pathfinder series displays.
