Additional Notes: This display is in great used condition as we have successfully tested all functions of this unit. Including the SeaTalk port, card reader (no chart card included), radar port, SeaTalk HS port, etc.
Designated as an MME REFURB because it has gone through our rigorous testing procedure and had common failure points addressed. With our vast experience with used marine electronics, we are able to identify potential failures and we have developed fixes for these failure points to ensure that our customers are getting the best-used unit out there.
Within our extensive MME REFURB process, we have installed a new LCD screen as well as rebuilt the backlight circuit with components superior to those originally found in this display. The unit was taken completely apart down to restore the chassis/lightbox to white, eliminating the yellow hue around the edges often found on these displays, then meticulously reassembled.
The operating system of this display has been updated to the latest software version, v5.69, to run at peak performance.
There are signs of wear on the exterior of the housing but nothing unusual for a unit this age and is in overall good shape.
The bezel and sun cover are in good used condition with no large blemishes or cracks. We advise being gentle when removing and installing the bezel so as not to crack the plastic. Please see our photos for proof of functionality and more regarding the condition!
