These trays are new. These are excellent for applications requiring something a bit more industrial than your standard plastic tray. We are selling these without straps. The strap we recommend is TH Marine part number BS-1-42SS. These are perfect size for standard group 31 batteries. These may have a scratch or two from storage but never installed.
