We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor that went out of business. This was a dealer demo unit that was intended to be used to demonstrate the generator for customers. That did not quite happen – as you can see, this was never really used for demonstrations as it has 1 hour of runtime. We hooked it up to a battery and it started right up and ran great. This listing not only includes the generator but includes the entire demo set, including battery switch, mufflers, exhaust hoses, control panel/harness, diesel tank, fuel shutoff switch, “raw water” tank, etc. This generator was manufactured in 2008 but is in superb condition as it has literally sat in a warehouse.
Max Marine Electronics guarantees the generator is as described and non-DOA, however, no warranty from us or the manufacturer given the nature of the item. We would suggest changing filters and fluids prior to installation out of an abundance of caution.
