Additional Notes: All components were tested here at MME. This unit was found to transmit a strong signal that was measured at least 80w that we were able to demodulate with our instruments. The receiver sensitivity was also shown to be more than adequate.
All components are in good condition apart from some residual marine sealant around the edges of the conrol head. The mic cable was replaced with one we manufacture in-house.
The MMSI has already been set in the transceiver unit and must be factory-cleared before a new one can be entered.
