We recently acquired the inventory of a large marine parts distributor that went out of business. These are new old stock wheels and are in good condition. The wheels come as shown in the photos. We were able to determine that these are Harbor Freight 69847 4″ Polyurethane Heavy Duty Swivel Caster Wheels. Below are some specifications:
