This listing is for a factory refurbished Garmin 8617. We received two units that had bad NMEA2000 ports and Garmin swapped them out for different units. Cosmetics are like new, in fact, the units may be new but are in boxes labelled refurbished and therefore will carry a 90 day warranty instead of the standard 2 year. If you consider the $3000 savings and the fact that flat rate repair is $1400, the reduced warranty is of little consequence.
Each unit includes the original snap covers but no other accessories (mounts, suncover, cables, etc.) are included. Any additional accessories can be purchased through Garmin on their website, just google Garmin 8617, click on the Garmin product page, click “Accessories” and everything is there.
We do have card readers, radars, sounder modules, etc. listed separately, both used and refurbished. We would be happy to work with any interested buyers to provide a total navigation package to include this display, just contact us.
