We acquired this from a marine distributor going out of business. We believe it was actually a “never installed” part but due to being stored in an open warehouse in South Florida, it developed a layer of surface rust and dust, we did run it through a parts washer. May need reseal from age, seals may be alright, a little WD40 or a bead blast/paint job and this part would look great, we’re just not in that business.
