Description
This is an “old style metal top” M260, originally fitted with a 7 pin connector for JRC and Sitex sounders. This is a diplexed transducer, will not work with old Simrad Fisheries EQ CX CA units as those use non-diplexed.
However, you can cut the 7 pin plug off and splice a Furuno 10 pin or Simrad/Lowrance 7-pin “BL” connector onto it and it will work with your sounder.
If you have a question regarding compatibility, please send us a message. This is a new old stock item. This transducer does not have XID, so Garmin installations will be tricky and not advised unless you are experienced in programming Garmin units for transducers without XID.
Can be used as a TM260 as well with the proper installation kit but you will not have water temp.
