Airmar M265-LH In-Hull, Low and High Band CHIRP, 1000w
We recently evaluated all of our used transducers with the Airmar TDT1000, which is the gold standard in transducer test equipment. This transducer is well within factory spec, and has never overheated.
This particular transducer was removed in working order from a vessel being refit with electronics – the owner was going with a Raymarine Axiom system and opted to replace the transducer with a new one that had the factory plug. The tank is brand new as they re-used the old tank.
This transducer is a “loose wire” CHIRP transducer. As far as wiring goes:
For Garmin – Works with the GSD26 – just wire to the terminals or to connect to compatible XSV units or GSD25, use the 12 ping yellow pin wire block adapter.
For Raymarine – Use Airmar’s 33-969-01 adapter box
For Furuno – Works with the DFF1-UHD – just wire to the terminals – also works on the TZT3 (will require a special cable for TZT3, please ask)
For Simrad – Works with BSM2&3 – wire directly to the terminals, you may need to remove the 7 pin plugs on the BSM-3 if equip to wire directly. For the S5100, use the Simrad 000-13262-001 adapter box.
Total cable length is around 30 feet.
