Both bulbs work well, and both the pan and tilt are good. All functions are good.
Reflectors and lenses are in good clean condition, this is a fully functional light, and in overall good condition. Minor scuffs on housing but fully functional.
Please Note: We installed NEW 12 Volt Bulbs. However, housing may say 24 volts. THIS IS NOT A 24 VOLT SYSTEM. THIS IS A 12 VOLT SYSTEM.
