This item came to us from a dealer that was liquidating excess inventory.  We are not sure if it is new or used, so we are listing it as used.  It has die-electric grease on the connector, but still has the plastic film on it as well.

Since we are unable to test this item – buyers have 30-days to test this to ensure it is functional or they may return it.
